ISL91127IIAZ-T Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 20-XFBGA, WLCSP package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 2.5MHz.
