LTC7151SIV#PBF Overview
A Tray package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1MHz. Regulator 3.1V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 3.1V. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.5V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 15A output current. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 20V. The maximum output voltage of 5.5V makes DC DC switching regulator easy to operate.
