ISL68137IRAZ-T7A Overview
It is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR). As a result, it is included in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package in order to conserve space. It is mounted in the same way as Surface Mount. When functioning, the temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. It uses an analog integrated circuit DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER. There are a total of 48 terminations associated with it.
