ISL6613AIR Overview
Its 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package is adopted for higher flexibility.Tube is the packaging method.This configuration includes 2 drivers.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.By using 10.8V~13.2V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~125°C TJ.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.Numerous related parts are available for its base part number ISL6613A.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage is 36V.
