IR2108STR Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 10V~20V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.This device is designed with a IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET gate type.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~150°C TJ.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is based on 8 terminations.There are various related parts under its base part number IR2108S.A supply voltage of 15V is required for operation.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 600V.We can also provide FLOATING LOAD DRIVER; UNDER VOLTAGE LOCKOUT CIRCUIT on the basis of unique technology that we have developed.
