ISL6612BCRZ-T Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 7V~13.2V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of 0°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number ISL6612B.The interface IC of the device is FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.The board has 10 component pins.A high-side voltage can be set up to 36V (Bootstrap).
