For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is indicated.This configuration includes 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 10V~20V.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~150°C TJ.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.There can be a voltage up to 700V on the high-side (Bootstrap).
