ISL6526AIB-T Overview
Capsuled in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. A 2.97V~3.63V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. Switching can be done at 600kHz with this switching controller. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount.
