ISL6439IB-T Overview
Capsuled in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. A 2.97V~3.63V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. The switching controller can be switched at 300kHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Phase Control for efficient switching control.
