ISL6843CBZ Overview
Capsuled in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tube enclosure. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 9V~16V. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a 0°C~70°C TA. This switching controller can switch at Up to 2MHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
