ISL6323BCRZ-TR5381 Overview
There are 2 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad in order to facilitate transportation. Currently, the power regulator is available for shipping in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. Volatge output for this voltage controller is Up to 2V. It has a mounting type of Surface Mount. The electrical regulator is targeted at Controller, AMD SVI and other applications. In order to prevent malfunctions, the operating temperature should be set to 0°C~70°C.
