RT9173AGM5 Overview
There are 1 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. The rectifier regulator is packaged in TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA for ease of transportation. A package of Tape & Reel (TR) is ready for shipping. An output voltage of Adjustable is provided by this power supply regulator. Easy adaptability thanks to Surface Mount universal mount. The electrical regulator is targeted at Converter, DDR Bus Termination Regulator and other applications. Ideally, the operating temperature should be set at -40°C~125°C in order to prevent malfunction. The external regulator is designed to operate at a voltage of 1.6V~6V.
