ISL6315IRZ-T Overview
With its 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 2 output generation. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 222kHz . Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Enable, Phase Control, Soft Start which allows efficient switching control.
