SP6120EY-L Overview
The switching controller fits in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching's3V~5.5V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~85°C TA. It can switch at 300kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. A dc to dc voltage regulator in the AnyFET? series, it belongs to this family.
