ISL6315CRZ-T Overview
With a 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. It is sufficient to generate 2 outputs with this dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. Worked in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher before. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 222kHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Phase Control, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator.
