ISL6308CRZ-TR5374 Overview
The voltage regulator supports a total of 1 outputs. The alternator regulator is packaged in a 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad container to facilitate transportation. The power regulator is ready for shipment in Tape & Reel (TR). 0.6V~2.3Vis the general voltage output of this voltage controller. Easy adaptability thanks to Surface Mount universal mount. The shunt regulator is intended for use at Controller, DDR as well as other applications. As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to 0°C~70°C to prevent malfunctions.
