ISL6455IRZ-T5K Overview
The voltage regulator supports a total of 3 outputs. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad to facilitate transportation. Currently, the power regulator is available for shipping in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. The output voltage of this voltage controller is 0.8V~2.5V. For easy adaptability, there is a universal mount Surface Mount. Applications targeting this shunt regulator include Converter, FPGA and others. The operating temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C to avoid mal-function. The external regulator is designed to operate at a voltage of 3V~3.6V.
