ISL43145IRZ Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 16-VQFN Exposed Pad. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tube is used. The multiplexer is located in Surface Mount. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. An extended operating temperature of -40°C~85°C TA degrees Celsius.
