IDT23S09E-1HPG8 Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVTTL as its input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. An upper frequency limit of 200MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 3V~3.6V.
