The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. This Clock PLL will be fed by Crystal as its input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. Providing a maximum frequency of 600MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 2.97V~3.63V.
