IDT23S09E-1HDCI Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVTTL. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. 200MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 3V~3.6V. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance.
