IDT23S05E-1HDC Overview
The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package contains this clock generator. As the Clock PLL's input, LVTTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 200MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel.
