ICS841N254AKILFT Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. There is a clock generator embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. It provides a maximum frequency of 250MHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. There are 2.375V~3.465V available for use with this clock PLL. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test.
