HIP6301VCB-T Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. 4 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. With this function, you can deal with PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). 4.75V~5.25V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. A 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. Switching can be done at 280kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output.
