ISL6520AIB-T Overview
The switching controller fits in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 4.5V~5.5V. Worked in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher before. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 300kHz position. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Phase Control. ISL6520A can be used to locate other relevant dc to dc converter ics. It would be 8-SOIC for this part's supplier dc dc controller package.
