HI3-0509-5 Overview
The electrical component comes in 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tube is used. In Through Hole, this analog switch is mounted. There is 4:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Temperatures around 0°C~75°C TA are extended for operation. Unlike digital switches, these are based on SP4T switching circuits. Circuits number 2 make up this analogue multiplexer. HI-509 can be used to search for analog multiplexer variants.
