EL7642AILTZ Overview
It supports 7 outputs in total. For ease of transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad. Currently, Bulk packages are available for shipping. Volatge output for this voltage controller is 5.5V~20V. Easy adaptability thanks to Surface Mount universal mount. Applications targeting this shunt regulator include Converter, TFT LCD and others. As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to -40°C~85°C to prevent malfunctions. The input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 2.6V~5.5V.
