BD9639MWV-BZE2 Overview
There are 6 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. In order to facilitate transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad. We are ready to ship in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. This power supply regulator has a general volatge output of Multiple. Easy adaptability with the Surface Mount universal mount. Applications targeting this shunt regulator include Converter, Digital Camera and others. A temperature setting of -20°C~85°C is recommended to avoid malfunctions. The input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 2.5V~5.5V. A Surface Mount is provided for mounting on PCBs or other boards. A power supply regulator with 56pins is present. In order to operate normally, a supply voltage of 5.5V is required. DC voltage regulators can operate at a frequency of 1.8MHz.
