EL7520AILZ-T13 Overview
Currently, it supports a total of 4 outputs. In order to facilitate transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad. It's ready to ship in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. The Surface Mount universal mount allows for easy adaptation. The shunt regulator is intended for use in applications such as Controller, TFT LCD and others. The operating temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C to avoid mal-function. It is designed to run the input voltage at 3V~5.5V. This electronic component contains terminals with a value of 20.
