ISL98607EIAZ-TR5643 Overview
The voltage regulator supports a total of 2 outputs. For ease of transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 20-UFBGA, WLCSP. Currently, Tape & Reel (TR) packages are available for shipping. ±5V~±5.7Vis the general voltage output of this voltage controller. The Surface Mount universal mount allows for easy adaptation. In addition to Converter, TFT LCD, this electrical regulator targets other applications as well. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunctions. It is designed to run the input voltage at 2.8V~4.4V.
