EL4584CN Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. As part of the 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, this clock generator is embedded. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, TTL.
