SI5335A-B02204-GM Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
