The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 2.375V~3.465V. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature.
