The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. There is a Clock PLL called HCSL, LVDS, LVPECL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. It provides a maximum frequency of 100MHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 2.375V~3.465V. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C.
