87322BYILFT Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the 52-LQFP package. As the Clock PLL's input, CML, LVDS, LVPECL, SSTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal.
