290PGILFT Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock, Crystal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part.
