280PGLFT Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. Clock, Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance.
