SI5335B-B07344-GMR Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations.
