23S09E-1DCGI Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. In this clock generator, LVTTL is used as the input to the clock. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 200MHz Max. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. There are 3V~3.6V available for use with this clock PLL. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. CMOS, LVTTL logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer.
