Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. The 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. As long as there are 2.375V~3.465V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at -40°C~85°C, which is -40°C~85°C. The FemtoClock? NG series includes this electronic part.
