2309A-1DCG Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVTTL. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. An upper frequency limit of 133MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer.
