SI5335C-B11043-GM Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. In this clock generator, CMOS, HSTL, SSTL, Clock, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. An upper frequency limit of 350MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 1.71V~1.98V 2.25V~2.75V 2.97V~3.63V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C TA. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the CML, HCSL, HSTL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, SSTL logic levels is presented here.
