2308B-4DCG8 Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). In the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVTTL. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 133.3MHz maximum. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. There are 3V~3.6V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be 0°C~70°C.
