MN1382FP Overview
It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). In this PMIC, you can find TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for your reference. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -20°C~70°C TA . When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. You can always use MN138*, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
