MN1381-S Overview
It is mounted through 3 terminals on the power management. Bulk-packaging is used. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The supervisor is always powered by a 5V volt supply. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. Power management is included in the Through Hole mount. The power management belongs to the Power Management Circuits subcategory. Power management recommends the Through Hole mounting type. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -20°C~70°C TA . During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Push-Pull, Totem Pole of output voltage. It is always advisable to use MN138*, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. It requires 5V watts of power to operate this voltage supervisor.
