DSC5001S0L Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 290 @ 2mA 10V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two. This system offers maximum design flexibility due to a collector emitter saturation voltage of 300mV.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation.Continuous collector voltage should be kept at 100mA for high efficiency.A high level of efficiency can be achieved if the base voltage of the emitter remains at 7V.In the part, the transition frequency is 150MHz.Input voltage breakdown is available at 50V volts.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 100mA volts.
