TND323VD-TL-H Overview
Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package H bridge.As a cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in the 8-SMD, Flat Lead package.Reliabilbridge drivery can be improved by increasing 4.5V~25V's supply voltage.Surface Mount is mounted on H bridge circuit.-55°C~150°C TJ is able to function normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are a variety of applications for H bridge motor driver, including General Purpose.In order to mount H gate on the PCB, Surface Mount is used.At a specified ambient temperature, the maximum load current that the power supply can provide is 1A.When the output reaches 800mA 1A, a maximum current is reached.
