H bridge is packaged using Tape & Reel (TR).H bridge is provided in the 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad package for the sake of cost savings.Improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured based on the supply voltage of 6.4V~13.5V.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.The operating temperature of -55°C~150°C TJ enables motor driver H bridge to work normally.H bridge motor driver is pretty useful in a wide range of applications, including Synchronous Buck Converters.H gates specific characteristics also include Bootstrap Circuit.The maximum amount of current which output reaches 65A.
