Use the TIG065E8-TL-H IGBT transistor from ON Semiconductor as an electronic switch. It has a maximum collector emitter voltage of 400 V. Tape and reel packaging will encase the product during shipment, ensuring safe delivery and enabling quick mounting of components. This IGBT transistor has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 150 °C. It is made in a single quad collector triple emitter configuration.
