Using the frequency of 700MHz~2.7GHz, RF modulator operates.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 6-VFDFN package.The RF modulator is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.This RF module has 6 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.Under 85°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below.It is important that this RF switch IC does not operate at -30°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.
